Celebrate Mother's Day with your family with this IMAX-like experience of a bird's eye view of the world as they migrate at the Billy Wild Theater in Hammer's Museum at 11am or enjoy an afternoon of piano music with Richard Valiotta from 4pm at the Italian Cultural Institute at Hilgard Ave near UCLA.  This Italian Institute offers free movies and music and a place to learn Italian.

SALVATORE EMBLEMA: TRANSPARENCY

A survey of works by Italian painter Salvatore Emblema (1929-2006) will be on display at the Italian Cultural Institute in Westwood, until May 31, 2013. The exhibition, titled "Transparency," has been curated by American art critic Peter Frank and organized by the Museo Emblema of Naples with the collaboration of the Italian Cultural Institute.
